We can't expect Javascript to work after the page has been reformatted by the web-to-email software, and it is even less likely to survive display in an email client. Unfortunately, there are still many websites that use Javascript indiscriminately. This page is UTF-8, which does not affect the Javascript - but if the encoding is corrupted, it won't work. Of course, to make it different from the ISO-8859-1 version, we have to use some non-ISO-8859-1 characters, like these: "Почтовые рассылки"
If Javascript is working here, there is a popup alert when the page is loaded.
